Being wild is living in our purity and experiencing our innate connection to existence. Being wild is also adhering to our instincts and opening to the great mysteries of our being as it intertwines with nature. Knowing our power, is knowing ourselves. And, knowledge is key. However, deliberate action is fundamental in cultivating self mastery and unlocking our true potential. This lunation isn’t about taming our wildness, but rather taming our insecurities and stirring desires, while claiming our inherent power.
Scorpio is the feminine aspect of the solar plexus or manipura chakra and corresponds to hidden passions and ambitions. The transformative power of Pluto (her ruling planet) assists us in lifting our vulnerabilities to the surface, including any attempt to possess others, compare oursleves, or become jealous in an effort to protect or claim what is ours. Claiming our power lies is our ability to self-validate and be self-possessed – giving value to our individual gifts as optimal currency.
With the planet Mercury also in Scorpio conjunct the moon desires are stirred and we may notice an influx of comparitive, jealous and possessive thoughts triggering feelings of lack. Since Mercury is the shapeshifter and is making a sextile to Pluto there is a heightened opportunity to transmute and transcend our deep insecurities.
